What it is
Fantasy Guild Manager is a management sim about running an adventurers' guild in a fantasy valley. You run the guild from a desk and never fight. It plays in real time with pause. It comes to Steam for Windows and Linux on 5 March 2027.
How it plays
Clients bring jobs, and some of them understate the danger. You set each job's grade and fee, pay a scout to look first or turn the work away. Adventurers choose their own jobs from the board, so you never assign anyone. Each job plays out off screen and comes back as a written report. A job graded wrong costs compensation, reputation and sometimes lives.

- Adventurers have personalities, form friendships and grudges, get hurt and retire.
- Every job you take or refuse moves the valley's lords, abbey, merchant houses and bandits, and the map shows it.
- Rival guilds undercut your fees and poach your people.
- Build rooms such as an infirmary and a map room, and hire staff who follow your standing orders.
- Climb six guild ranks, called charters, from an unofficial outfit to the Crown's warrant.
